Body: Full
Colour: Tawny with a red hue
Nose: Developed nose with full bodied fruit and plum jam characteristics
Palate: Dark chocolate, Blackberries, sweet balsamic reduction
Notes: A dry winter and warm to hot Dec/Jan meant that the vines were under a bit of heat stress. This encouraged some darker fruit characteristics. The wine has aged gracefully and still has a lot of character. with balance and fine tannins present. Drink now.
