From the winemaker: I was surprised by the pale colour of this wine given it had longer time on skins than the previous years – goes to show you every vintage is different! I do love how the paler colour reflects the perfumed and delicate nature of this Rosé.
From the winemaker: I was devastated we couldn’t harvest our own fruit this season, planted in October 2019. Unfortunately there was not enough crop available on the block. Luckily, we secured some from the same vineyard we used last year, and I’m pleased to say it’s just as delicious as the 2020.
