From the winemaker: If you would like to appreciate the flavours of this Cabernet more then I would recommend listening to heavy rock music by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, The Who and The Rolling Stones. This is according to a study done in 2008 by Heriot Watt University that showed music has the ability to influence the taste of wine. Why not give it a try?
