Delivery Costs

Delivery charges range from $15 to $30 per case of 12 bottles or any part thereof, calculated at checkout based on your area code.

Shipping Carriers

We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for deliveries across all states and territories in Australia.

Delivery Areas

We proudly deliver to every corner of Australia. Please note that deliveries to rural areas via Australia Post will be held at the local Post Office.

Delivery Timeline

You can expect your order to arrive within 2-8 working days for most locations, although some rural areas may experience longer delivery times. During hot weather, shipments of wine may be delayed to prevent heat damage.

Returns Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to fully enjoy your wine. If you receive a bottle that is damaged or flawed, we will gladly replace or refund it. To facilitate this, please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.

Faulty wines—such as those that are corked, oxidized, or undrinkable—will also be replaced or refunded. If your original selection is sold out, we will provide a replacement from the currently available vintage charges will also be adjusted accordingly.

Once we receive the returned wine, we will process your refund to your credit card, excluding shipping and handling fees. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

Undeliverable Goods

Occasionally, we are notified by carriers if they are unable to deliver a package. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.
