From the winemaker: Em Shirvington and I had lots of fun crafting this wine. Even during the amusing mishap of bridging the hopper with fruit while attempting to load a bit too much into the press machine! Despite bathing in Fiano juice and ending up incredibly sticky, the taste of the resulting wine made it all worthwhile.
