From the winemaker: At the conclusion of fermentation this wine had the most incredible aromatics. It was so enticing that after just six weeks in barrel I decided to pull the wine out and bottle it in order to capture the exquisite perfume. I hope you recognise the essence of what I aimed to preserve when you pour yourself a glass.
